  1. Firstly add coffee granules in the warm water and mix well until dissolve and keep it aside. If you will add more mixture the shape of the cupcake will come out flat.
  5. After adding dry ingredients to the wet immediately put it in the moulds and then bake because vinegar and soda start to react very fast. Then bake them at 180°C for 25-30 minutes for big size cupcakes and 15-20 minutes for small size cupcakes. Once done check it inserting the knife or tooth pick and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes demould it and transfer it on a cooling rack and allow it to cool down completely.
  6. Once cool down then frost it. I am using readymade milk chocolate frosting this time. I simply followed the instructions on the box and made the frosting. You can use any frosting of your like and decorate it the way you like. I made simple swirls on the cupcakes with the frosting you can frost it in many fancy ways. You can use vanilla cream frosting or butter cream frosting also for decorating.
