  1. Chutney.. Take dessicated coconut..add roasted chana dal and peanut.. Grind it by mixing little bit curd. Add tadka of curry patta urad dal. And red chilli and mustard seeds
  2. Sambar. Take 250g toor dal unpolished. Add water. Haldi hing...and onion chopped. And let it boil..give three whistles. Now soak little tamarind deseeded...in water...
  3. Now chop veggies of your choice. I have added here carrot..beans capsicum tomatoes and sita phal. I have made tender these veggies in the microwave..
  4. Now add these veggies in the toor dal...add tamarind water and give tardka of.mustard seeds. Curry patta. And sabut red chili. Add sambar powder...and dhaniya powder.. I usually roast it on tawa.
  5. Idli batter.. 3 cups sela rice Parboiled rice. One cup urad dhuli Soak both the ingredients separately..for 5 hours..Grind it separately..rice a bit coarsely grinded..but dals into fyn paste Mix the two.keep it for Fermentation After others fermented..grease the microwave mould. And add the batter Let it bake on the normal microwave mode power 100..for 6 mints... Your soft spongy idly cake is ready. Smear it wth rajpudi masala by using til oil..... you can cut into required pieces when needed.
