- 10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds(Rai)
- to taste Salt
- 2 green chillies
- 2 whole red chilli
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 capsicum (optional)
- 2 tsp curd
- 1/2 tsp honey or sugar
- 1 onion(opinion)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Coriander for garnishing
- 2 tsp oil

- Take a bowl add flour cornflour rice flour red chilli powder garam masala salt schezwan sauce black pepper powder ginger garlic paste curry leaves and water and make a paste with water then add couliflower and mix well then fry all the couliflower
