  16. 1 onion(small size)
  17. 1 Tomato- (small size), Green chilies-2-3
  18. handful Coriander leaves, pudina leaves
  19. as per taste Jeera, salt(as per taste)
  20. 3-4 pods Garlic -
  21. 5-10 Curry leaves -
  22. 1/2 inch Ginger -
  23. As required Water and curd for grinding
  24. 1 pinch For tempering :oil, jeera, mustard seeds, heeng -
  25. 5 Curry leaves-
  26. 2 dried red chili-
  27. 1/2 teaspoon each Urad dal, chana dal-

Steps to make to make Palak multigrain cheela and peanut chutney combo

  1. Take a bowl,add gram flour, nachni flour, wheat flour and rice flour and rava in equal qtys. Add onion, green chilies and mix it well
  2. Then add curd to the mixture and mix it well. Add some oil to the mixture for making it soft and add the spinach (finely chopped)
  3. Add the masalas and add baking soda to the mixture and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Then take a nonstick pan and after 10-12 mins check the batter if required add water
  5. Take the tawa and spread oil evenly and spread the batter and let it cook for 3 minutes per sides.
  6. Then add drops of oil on the sides and let it cook. Then flip it ovrr and cook on the other sides.
  7. Now the cheela is ready to eat
  8. For peanut chutney take a pan or kadai, add 2 tspoon oil, add jeera and onion, curry leaves,green chilies, salt fry it till brown, add tomatoes and cook them till it gets mushy, add coriander and pudina leaves and cook it for sometime.
  9. After it cool it for 15 mins and grind it with curd-2 tspons and if required water.
  10. Grind it till smooth. Then finally make the tempering and add to this chutney. Chutney is ready..
  11. This peanut chutney will be good for dosa, idly, upma, appe, paratha, cheela.
