  13. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  14. As required Cooking oil 1 tsp per dosa

Instructions to make to make Jhatpat Rava Dosa

  1. First, mix all the ingredients except baking soda in a bowl. Add water and whisk well. Mix to a lump free batter. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add baking soda, some water and combine well.
    The batter should be thin.
  3. Now heat a skillet. Grease with oil and wipe with a wet cloth. Pour 2 laddlefulls of batter and Swirl the skillet in round motion. Do not spread the batter with ladle. Let it spread by itself. Tilt the skillet to give it a round ish shape, but don't worry if shape is not round.
  4. Pour oil on sides and on top. Then cook on high heat till it is crispy and leaves sides.
