  1. First wash the rice and soak into water for 30-45 minutes.
  2. In a pan put 3 tbsp ghee and heat it then add all whole spices and saute for one minutes when it becomes aromatic then add onion slices and saute till become light brown.Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for one minute.
  3. Now add the sword beans and saute for 2 minutes and add chopped tomatoes and all the dry masala powder.add 1/2 tspn salt and mix well.add 1/4 cup water and cover the pan and cook the beans on medium low flame untill it becomes soft.
  4. In another pan add water and the soaked rice put 2 tsp salt or as ur taste and add 1 tsp ghee.Now cook the rice till it becomes 80% done.Strain the rice and wash with cold water and keep aside.
  5. Check the beans and when it becomes tender and soft remove the lid and cooked on high flame for 4-5 minutes to burn all water in it.
  6. Now add the rice in the beans' pan and mix well gently.Cover it and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Your pulao is ready to serve with salad.
